"Setting An Implementation Plan For A Total Quality Management (TQM ) System For The Jubeiha Branch Of The Arab Bank".

The thesis developed an implementation plan for a total quality management system for a branch of the Arab Bank, the largest bank in Jordan. The thesis was the first research aimed at addressing the subject of total quality management (TQM) implementation to a Jordanian Service Industry. During the course of the thesis, service quality measures were developed. A questionnaire to reflect the measures was set into place. The objective of the thesis was to tailor the Total Quality Management concept to a service industry in Jordan.
